Riverland Collision Centre is a family-owned business centrally located in Berri, South Australia. We are the Riverland and Mallee’s largest vehicle repairer and for well over 50 years we have servicing the area. We pride ourselves on customer service, high quality repairs and making the process easy. We employee local’s including apprentices and sponsor local events and sporting clubs. Our high standards have been recognised by large insurance companies, we are approved by the RAA, a partner repairer with IAG and a preferred repairer with ALLIANZ, SAFA and BLUE ZEBRA. We are also an O’Brien Glass Authorised Dealer with the backing of the O’Brien Nationwide guarantee. We offer warranty on all work carried out, so you and your repairs are protected well into the future.

01. Contact and Details
Exchange details with any other driver(s) involved and call 000 if emergency services are required. Contact your insurance company and lodge a claim. You can either call them or go online. They will issue with a claim number, this number will be used throughout the whole repair process and is a reference.
02. Claim and Estimate
Bring your damaged vehicle and claim number to Riverland Collision Centre. We will collect your information, claim number and take images of the damage and prepare and submit an estimate to your insurance company.
**If your vehicle is not drivable, we will arrange a tow truck**
03. Booking and Repairs
When the insurance company has authorised repairs, we can make a booking date that suits your schedule, if a loan vehicle is required, Riverland Collision Centre can arrange that also. We will keep you informed throughout the repair process and have the vehicle finished when promised.
